Hi, I’m Mike! I was born and raised in Yorkshire, and I’m lucky enough to still call this beautiful place home. I live here with my wife and one year old daughter, along with our two dogs and a cat (who also thinks he’s a dog).

My love for the outdoors led me to pick up my first DSLR (a Canon EOS 350D) over 20 years ago, and I haven’t looked back since. What started as a hobby soon became an obsession, and now I rarely leave the house without my camera. Whether I’m exploring our national parks, searching for wildlife, or simply out in the changing seasons with my family, I’m always looking for moments worth capturing.

When I’m not out with my family or roaming with my camera, you’ll find me working for a global commercial real estate company. Outside of work, I’m also a keen triathlete, and I enjoy using cycling, running, and swimming as other means of exploring the world around me. Whether training for an event or just getting lost in nature, these activities give me a different perspective on the world and help me unwind at the end of a long day.

In addition to the images in my galleries, you’ll find stories from my personal adventures, along with tips and insights on my blog. If you'd like to bring a piece of the outdoors into your home, I also offer high-quality prints of my work.

I’m honoured to have had my work featured by some incredible companies over the years. So, if you have a commercial project in mind and are looking for something that captures the essence of your brand or idea, let’s talk—I’m always ready to take on a new challenge!
